K&Co. Studio, LLC (“KeepUp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates keepuptogether.com and the KeepUp mobile and web applications (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name and email address (account creation, sign-in)
- Profile information (photo, display name)
- RSVP responses and event preferences
- Group membership and role (Host, Co-Host, Guest)
- Content you create or upload (itineraries, task assignments, comments, item/food claims, expense entries)
- Payment-related information you enter for money-coordination features (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers)
Information collected automatically:
- Device and log information (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Usage data related to how you interact with Gathers and Groups
Information from third parties:
- If you sign in via Google or another identity provider, we receive basic profile information (name, email) as authorized by you during sign-in.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Operate core features (RSVPs, invites, task assignment, itinerary building, item claiming, expense tracking and payment requests)
- Send transactional emails and notifications (e.g., invites, RSVP confirmations, reminders)
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Service
- Respond to support requests
- Improve and develop the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who Processes Your Information (Service Providers)
We share information with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf solely to help us operate the Service:

4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Request a copy of your information in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
